The program has been underwritten by one of the largest insurance companies in the world and is rated A+ (Superior) by A.M. Best and Company.

In order to qualify, Scott Felder Homes first had to undergo a rigorous underwriting and inspection process that included a review of our building practices and protocols, an evaluation of our financial strength and management capabilities and a confirmation of our commitment to outstanding warranty service after the sale.

An integral part of this exclusive program includes frequent inspections of our projects by specialized residential risk engineers. This provides third party oversight and confirmation that Scott Felder Homes is striving to employ the best building practices, products and protocols in our efforts to deliver a quality product to our homebuyers.

Participation in this special program allows Scott Felder Homes to offer the most comprehensive new home warranty available in the marketplace today. Unlike most new home warranties, Scott Felder Homes’ Home Builder’s Limited Warranty provides protection against more than just “major structural failures.” We warrant that your new home will be free of “Construction Defects,” as defined in the warranty document, for the full term of the warranty. Plus, our warranty is fully transferable for the remainder of the warranty term if you decide to sell your home.
