The Torrance is a dramatic single story plan design with a corner entry and curved windows in the master suite and great room.  This new design features 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen open to the great room, morning room and formal dining room, and a covered patio.  Numerous options are available for personalizing this plan including a third bedroom, fireplace, sitting room, exercise room, kitchen layouts, master bathroom configurations, wet bar, and extended covered patio.
